Pretty hard headed this “ Toro ”! From the beginning it already implies dexterity, denoting at first the flavors of roasted hazelnuts, then, this rather honeyed identity, gently leaves the room for more woody notes, evolving towards the aroma of leather, and finally, in the last third – “ the animal ” reveals its true character. It almost rebels, exhaling its power, virile and full-bodied while remaining in refinement and subtlety.
